   I called the number and Josh answered.  I described the issue with my microwave and gave me an honest assessment of what I would be facing in terms of cost and time for what, generally, might be the problem (as I described it). He suggested I look up the model online and see what a new one would cost before repairing it. While on the phone with me I quickly realized it wasn’t really cost effect to repair it.  Seems like an honest guy doing honest work. I won’t hesitate to reach out again when I need help with an appliance.
