A small family business.

I had paid another Appliance Repair company to come fix the problems and diagnose what was wrong. They came out , charged me, couldn't repair the refrigerator, and said " I'm not a electrician, so call someone else". The company refused to give me back the service fee or any part of it. Also they kept saying what was wrong was two very expensive parts, which Josh Appliance Tepair said were fine. What's sad, I used this other company many times in the past. What else did they say was broke and wasn't but I paid for?
